DEPOSITS, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
We require a 50% deposit to reserve a spot on one of our trips or trainings with the full balance due no less than 60 days prior to the start date. If you are booking a trip within the 60 day time period then we require the full fee for the trip or training at the time of booking.
Cancellations more than 60 days before a trip or training will be refunded in full, however there are no refunds given after the 60 day cutoff date unless we cancel the trip or training and in that case there will be a full refund. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip insurance especially in these days of the Covid pandemic and the potential for restrictions and shutdowns.
Four Points Adventures reserves the right to cancel any trip and full refunds will be made in these instances.
Four Points Adventures is not responsible for travel fees incurred, including hotel and airfare, to travel from or to your home and the start point of the adventure you are attending.
